About the RoleHelp Keep Our Property Running at Its Best
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in an organized manner
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Assist with inspections and special projects as needed
- Communicate effectively with other departments regarding maintenance needs

- 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience (hotel experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Experience performing preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Comfortable using work order systems or maintenance tracking software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- HVAC Certification or formal trade school training
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Additional trade certifications (electrical, plumbing, or mechanical)
