Maintenance Technician

Our client, a dedicated organization committed to maintaining safe and well-functioning residential environments, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the property management support team supporting community residents and ensuring the property remains in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform general building maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and functionality

+ Complete painting and drywall repairs to maintain property aesthetics

+ Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently

+ Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs to resolve issues promptly

+ Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and prepare vacant apartments for new residents

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience in general maintenance, building repairs, or a related field

+ Working knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical systems

+ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Commitment to providing quality service and maintaining a safe environment
