Covenant House New Jersey is seeking on-call per-diem Youth Engagement Support Staff to work overnight shifts from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The role includes support to young people, crisis intervention, and documentation in case files. A Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is preferred along with experience with youth experiencing homelessness. The hourly rate is $18.71, and candidates should have a valid driver’s license.
