Airbus Atlantic Portugal is currently recruiting for the site in
** Santo Tirso - Porto**. Integrated into a multicultural environment and dynamic team, this position Sales Assistant will report directly to the site's CFO.Main tasks:
* Manage the administrative follow-up of orders from entry to delivery;
* Preparing customer invoices and other sales-related documentation based on accounting procedures;
* Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of the charges;
* Manage prices updates and customer contracts;
* Manage transportation costs, conduct transportation rate studies, monitor and analyze invoices for organized transport services;
* Monitor product availability and track stockouts;
* Manage export documentation, including packing lists, certificates of origin, and invoice submissions;
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all order-related inquiries;
* Perform analyses and prepare sales reports for management;
* Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to guarantee customer satisfaction;
* Maintain organized digital and physical sales records.

Requirements:
* Education in marketing, management, economics, and accounting, management, finance, or a similar field;
* Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting;
* Proficiency in ERP software (SAP);
* Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft tools and enjoyment of administrative work;
* Fluent in English (written and spoken);
French is a plus;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
