A Schedule That Supports Your Life
- 4-day work week- 15-20 patients per day
- Shared 1:4 call that is considered very light
- Optional block scheduling for greater predictability

Compensation That Reflects Your Value
- First Year Package- $400,000 Salary, $20,000 in Call Pay, $10,000 Quality Bonus, and RVU production bonuses
- Negotiable Signing Bonus (up to $100,000) with additional retention bonuses in year 2 and beyond.
- 39 days of PTO (nearly 8 weeks) with $4500 CME allowance
- Full Health Benefits for you and your family- 100% paid by employer
- State Pension Program- employer contributes 9.44% annually
