• Evaluate and authorize agricultural and commercial loan applications, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and collateral to assess borrower creditworthiness.
• Maintain positive relationships with current customers and foster new business through networking and community involvement.
• Provide expert guidance on loan products, repayment options, and financial planning.
• Monitor ongoing loan performance and conduct regular reviews to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting agricultural/commercial lending.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in agricultural and commercial lending.
• Strong understanding of agricultural industry practices, credit analysis, and loan structuring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess financial data and make sound lending decisions.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
