We are looking for an energetic, creative, and compassionate Activities Manager to join our skilled nursing team! If you love bringing people together, thinking outside the box, and creating moments that make someone's day better, we want to meet you.

Our residents come from a wide range of backgrounds, interests, abilities, and ages. We are looking for someone who can create an activities program that reflects who our residents are—not just their age or diagnosis.

• Develop and lead a fun, engaging, and meaningful activities program for our residents

• Create activities that appeal to a wide range of ages, abilities, and interests

• Bring new and creative ideas to the activity calendar

• Get to know residents individually and incorporate their hobbies, interests, preferences, and life experiences into programming

• Plan group and one-on-one activities to promote socialization, mental stimulation, physical engagement, and emotional well-being

• Organize special events, celebrations, outings, entertainment, games, and community activities

• Encourage resident participation while respecting individual preferences and abilities

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and other departments to create a positive resident experience

• Build relationships with residents, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners

• Help create an environment where residents feel valued, included, connected, and happy

• Is naturally creative and loves coming up with new ideas

• Truly enjoys working with older adults

• Is passionate about resident happiness and quality of life

• Can engage both highly social residents and those who prefer smaller or quieter activities

• Is comfortable adapting activities for different cognitive and physical abilities

• Has excellent communication and organizational skills

• Isn't afraid to think outside the box and try something new

• Can bring energy into the building and make activities something residents look forward to

We don't want a program that feels like the same activities every week. We want someone who can look at our residents and say, "What would make them smile?"

Whether that's a game tournament, live music, an art project, a themed party, a community outing, a cooking activity, a movie night, a fitness group, or something completely unexpected—we want you to make it happen.
