A leading beverage manufacturer in Atlantic, IA is seeking a QC Lab Technician Lead responsible for inspecting and testing materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. This role requires at least a 2-year degree in microbiology or chemistry, alongside significant laboratory experience. The candidate will conduct tests, monitor production integrity, and assist in employee training. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with potential for overtime.
