Position: Care Giver Part Time 6a-2p Weekends

About the Role

The Caregiver provides hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to residents, ensuring a safe, comfortable home‑like environment within Arvum Senior Living communities. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living and supporting residents’ independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of resident’s rooms and work areas.
  • Help residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
  • Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
Qualifications
  • Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and coworkers.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
