About the Role:Building Maintenance
As a Maintenance professional, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment for the residents at Heritage House in Atlantic.
Responsibilities- Perform advanced maintenance and repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanics.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
- Oversee and coordinate with external contractors.
- Transport residents to and from appointments.
- Full‑time, 7 AM‑3:30 PM, rotating weekends and on‑call support.
- 5 years of hands‑on experience in construction trades or facility maintenance (preferred).
- Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.
- Starting pay range: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience.

- Shift differentials for weekend hours and all hours after 2 PM.
