Center For Family Services is seeking motivated, culturally sensitive, and compassionate individuals for the Residential Counselor positions within its Juntos Program. This is a part‑time position in a quickly growing organization that positively influences children and teens. The Residential Counselor will be a key member of the program’s team in providing direct counseling services and support to children and teens in the program.

The Residential Care Provider engages in caring supervision and structure for youth in residence which is consistent with stated goals and objectives as well as provides life‑skills training, co‑leads physical education and recreation, and guides, instructs and counsels youth in the program.

The Residential Care Provider oversees goal‑setting groups and provides one‑to‑one assistance and engages youth. This individual provides transportation to and from appointments and also is a substitute in the event of a staff absence. The Residential Care Provider ensures that youth complete their goals as set forth in their treatment plan.

• High School Diploma plus one year experience working with youth
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Current driver’s license with a good driving record of at least three years
