* Support and improve automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, AC drives, and servo systems.
* Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes and implement long-term reliability solutions.
* Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
* Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to optimize production processes.
* Conduct feasibility studies and recommend improvements for new equipment, processes, and technologies.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
Qualificationsarrow_right
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and automation within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system integration.
* Proven knowledge of AC drives, servo systems, and electrical control systems.
* Solid understanding of three-phase power systems, including distribution and load balancing.
* Hands-on expertise with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including diagnostics and repair.
* Experience with HMI systems and industrial automation technologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
