About Us

Urgent Care Online partners with pharmacies nationwide and pre-qualifies patients before connecting them with providers. Patients are verified, insured, and ready for care—allowing clinicians to focus solely on treatment, not marketing or scheduling.

• Conduct audio-only telehealth consultations with adult patients
• Treat common primary care conditions such as headaches and migraines, muscle spasms, and basic dermatologic conditions (rashes, eczema, dry skin)
• Prescribe medications when appropriate
• Refer patients out for labs, imaging, or in-person care when needed
• Complete follow-up visits every 30 days as applicable

• Pre-qualified patients with verified active insurance
• Live patient transfers during your scheduled shift (no scheduling required)
• Complete patient intake information before each consult
• Flexible volume — you control how many patients you see
• Optional dedicated phone line or MA/scribe support if needed

• You bill insurance directly for each telehealth visit
• Accepted payers include Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial plans

• Credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid, and major insurers
• Able to manage your own billing
• Reliable availability for full 8-hour telehealth shifts
