Adult Mental Health Outpatient Therapist
Salary
: $41,900 + depending on experience
- Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology or mental health related field required.
- Previous work with individuals with severe mental illness.
- Relevant Licensure preferred.
- Experience in related therapeutic modalities.
- Conduct individual and group/family counseling sessions employing various therapeutic modalities including Evidence Based Practice, CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution focused counseling.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy or crisis consultations to local hospitals and probate court as needed.
- Maintain productivity standard of 100 hours of service per month.
- Assist with court petitions and hospital placements as needed.
- Provide on-call crisis services as scheduled on agency wide rotation list.
