Join our IT team as the lead technical resource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. In this role, you'll administer, secure, maintain, and optimize the ERP environment while partnering with Finance to support system enhancements, integrations, reporting, user access, troubleshooting, and upgrades. You'll play a key role in improving business processes, ensuring system reliability, and supporting enterprise-wide operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to ensure a secure, reliable, and high‑performing ERP environment.
- Support system configuration, security, user access, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform enhancements.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT to implement solutions, improve workflows, and resolve system issues.
- Lead or support ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, data migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop system documentation, provide end‑user training and support, and ensure compliance with IT security, governance, and audit standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams to support enterprise ERP projects and business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. A combination of verifiable education and experience equivalent to an additional four (4) years beyond the required experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, at the hiring team's discretion.
- Five (5) years of experience working in a similar role administering Dynamics 365:
Finance and Operations is required. - Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is required.
- Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365:
Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate certification preferred. - Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification preferred. Demonstrated experience administering, supporting, configuring, securing, deploying, troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a production enterprise environment required. - Experience participating in or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations deployments, implementations, module rollouts, environment readiness activities, post‑go‑live stabilization, system optimization, or major upgrade initiatives required.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations financial management functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, fixed assets, cash and bank management, procurement, purchasing, tax, credit and collections, workflow approvals, financial reporting, and related finance and accounting processes required.
- Experience working directly with Finance departments to analyze business needs, troubleshoot system issues, support process improvements, validate system behavior, assist with reporting questions, recommend appropriate system‑based solutions, and support effective system adoption required.
