We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for a growing operation located in Atmore, AL. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, and planning activities. This role is ideal for a hands-on, analytical leader capable of improving processes and managing vendor performance to ensure materials and products move efficiently throughout the supply chain.

• Manage day-to-day supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehousing activities.
• Supervise and support a small team of three, providing direction, coaching, and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and support production or operational needs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Track supplier performance, logistics costs, delivery timelines, and other key metrics.
• Partner with internal teams to solve issues, improve processes, and support company goals.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, or operations management.
• Experience managing a small team, suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory, ERP, or supply chain systems.
• The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational support.

• Pay Rate: $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Contract to Hire position scheduled to last 8 months
