Supply Chain Director
A Global, Publicly Traded Manufacturing Powerhouse recognized for producing mission-critical solutions for the Food and Protein industry is seeking a best-in-class Supply Chain Director to architect, lead, and elevate end-to-end supply chain operations across 3 strategic U.S. manufacturing sites. This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct influence on operational excellence, scalability, and long-term growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to elevate end-to-end supply chain operations across 3 manufacturing facilities in the U.S., driving best-in-class efficiency, resilience, and performance. The Supply Chain Director will lead and inspire a high-caliber; multi-disciplinary team across all core supply chain functions, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
As a key member of the corporate leadership team, this executive will shape and execute forward-looking supply chain strategies fully aligned with business objectives, strengthening operational capability, supporting aggressive growth, and positioning the organization for sustained long-term success in an increasingly dynamic and competitive marketplace.
Essential requirements to be considered:
Essential qualifications- 1. Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 2. Proven experience as a Supply Chain Director supporting more than 2 manufacturing plants to be considered.
- 3. More than 10 years of proven experience in a Senior Supply Chain Management role with at least 5 years as a Supply Chain Director with a strong focus on strategic planning, operations and process optimization within MULTISITE manufacturing operations.
- 4. Proven experience in building efficient areas such as Production Planning, Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing and Transportation/Logistics.
- 5. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. APICS certifications are preferred.
- 6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- 7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- 8. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish would be ideal but not required.
