- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and conveyor systems commonly used in food processing
- Replace rollers, chains, pulleys, bearings, and sprockets to keep equipment running efficiently
- Perform gearbox inspections, replacements, and scheduled preventative maintenance
- Install, replace, and rewire 480V 3-phase motors and related electrical components
- Conduct routine facility maintenance to support sanitation and operational needs
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Respond quickly to equipment downtime to minimize production interruptions
- Follow strict safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards
- Document all maintenance activities accurately and timely
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial, manufacturing, or food production environment required
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment repair
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in cold or refrigerated areas when required
