It starts with  this role, you will:
* Operate lift trucks and other machinery within the plant.
* Be committed to 2 years of service before being eligible to transfer to another department.
* Complete training programs to gain technical proficiency.
* Obtain knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for improving the effective manufacture of goods.
* Maintain work areas and equipment to keep them clean of debris and product.
* Be responsible to login daily to input, update, and interpret data in multiple computer software systems.
* Receive cross-training as needed in other areas.
* Safely operate equipment and adhere to safety standards.
* Flow to work and provide support where needed in this High-Performance Work System.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:  
* Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
* Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
* Can read and write basic English, have basic math skills and intermediate computer skills with functional proficiency in Microsoft Office and mechanical aptitude.
* Must be able to bend, reach, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, work at heights and wear PPE as designated, including respiratory protection.
* 1+ years of continuous work experience.
* Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
* Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening and pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
* Understand and follow safety requirements.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience in warehouse environment is a plus, but not necessary.
* Lift truck or other machinery experience.
* Formal safety training and strong safety record is a plus.
