Quarry Maintenance Mechanic- Atmore, AL

APAC-AL, Inc., part of CRH’s South Central Division, is a leading supplier of quality asphalt and construction services in the southeastern U.S. with operations in Alabama.

This skilled position involves the maintenance and operation of company conveyors and crushing equipment. Quarry experience is required.

• Thorough mechanical knowledge of crusher and related equipment.
• Analyze malfunctions and perform repairs, rebuild conveyors and crushing equipment.
• Examine parts for damage or excessive wear.
• Weld broken parts, structural members and other items as necessary using stick welding processes.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Must have currently valid welding certifications.
