The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems. Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment.
+ Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
+ Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
+ Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required. Perform other duties as needed.
+ Communicate with co-workers, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner .
+ Keep management informed of activities and notify of any significant problems.
+ Foster customer satisfaction through timely service delivery, effective issue resolution, and proactive communication with clients.
+ Leads in adherence to Code of Values.
+ Communicate the standards to all associates. Use problem-solving skills to deal with issues as they arise.
+ Ensure that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
+ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other duties as needed.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures during each client visit.
+ Operate personal and company vehicles in accordance with Company policies and practices as well as motor vehicle laws.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant combination of education and experience.
+ 5 years of Experience in Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge .
+ Must be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
