As a Warehouse Coordinator
, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our technicians equipped, our inventory accurate, and our operations running smoothly. When parts arrive, jobs need staging, or equipment needs tracking, you’re the calm, organized expert who makes sure everything flows.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are a vital part of our team. You’ll manage inventory, support technicians, and ensure the warehouse stays clean, safe, and efficient.

• Receive deliveries, inspect materials, and report damaged goods.
• Use Service Titan and Flowtrac to manage inventory, purchase orders, and material assignments.
• Read and understand packing slips, invoices, and service tickets.
• Organize and rotate inventory so everything is easy to find and properly accounted for.
• Stage parts for technicians and track replenished materials.
• Coordinate daily movement of Parts Runners.
• Maintain equipment check‑in/check‑out logs and ensure tools are returned in good condition.
• Keep the warehouse clean, secure, and well maintained.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, and management.
• Follow all safety protocols and operate vehicles according to company and motor vehicle laws.
• Serve as an ambassador of Aire Serv’s values through professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.

Have an Eye for Accuracy: Inventory must be precise. You’ll need strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.

Be Organized and Reliable: Technicians depend on you. Your consistency keeps the whole operation running smoothly.

Tech‑Savvy & Quick Learner: You’ll use Service Titan, Flowtrac, and other tools daily. If you enjoy learning new systems, you’ll thrive here.

Strong Communication

Skills:

You’ll interact with technicians, managers, vendors, and runners — clarity and professionalism matter.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
• Strong organization, follow‑through, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Range: $18–$29/hr
