Lineage Logistics is seeking an HR Generalist to provide functional support for HR activities at the assigned facility. You will partner with local site leaders to drive performance, develop talent, and manage workforce planning to ensure staffing and smooth HR operations.
You will implement talent management, support compensation education, and assist with payroll and benefits issues while ensuring compliance with laws and policies. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year HR experience are required.
