What You'll Be Doing Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery

Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency

Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks and projects

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections

What Are We Looking For Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Work Environment This position involves working in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. The role requires physical activity including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
