Compensation: $17.30 per hour - $29.30 per hour (Base Rate + Overtime + Personal Sales Commission + Store Bonus)

Position: Full-Time Retail Store Manager

Qualifications
  • Two or more years of retail wireless management experience preferred.
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced and competitive environment.
  • Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and wireless retail systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
  • Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
  • Inspires team through high performance, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Utilizes professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.
  • Shows initiative and strives to create results.
  • Possesses a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Speaks effectively before customers or team members, individually or in groups.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including assessment of customer needs, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively interacts with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication, and customer service skills.
  • Accepts and implements verbal and written feedback.
