Runner​/Loader

Pay Rate $18/hr. 1st Shift 12pm-Completion, Sunday-Friday. Operate pallet jack equipment to move pallets and product from one place to another while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

• Use pallet jack equipment to move pallets to the scheduled door to ship
• Move pallets from the inbound dock door to locations inside the warehouse for putaway
• Find products requested in work orders
• Change over pallets for picking
• Visually review items for damages or flaws and document/report damages to lead/supervisor
• Confirm all pallets being hauled into the warehouse or dock doors are wrapped to the top

• Wrap pallets using a wrap machine, based on location
• Invert pallets using a pallet inverter, based on location
• May work with other machinery and material handling equipment

• Basic math skills may be required depending on facility
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as
  -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage sites or up to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kg; weight may be more depending on facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Comfortable with various noise levels, which may be loud at times
