Review and process subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices. Manage subcontractor compliance with contractual requirements, including insurance, bonds, lien waivers, OCIP enrollment, and billing procedures. Partner with Project Management on monthly forecasting, including validation of projected fees, costs, and percent-complete analysis. Process subcontractor and owner change orders in Procore, SAGE 300, and CMiC. Manage labor and accounts payable job cost transfers.
Monitor project cash positions and perform monthly cash flow analysis. Prepare detailed project cash forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making. Enter and maintain budgets for new projects, ensuring alignment with approved financial plans. Collaborate with Corporate Accounting to support the month-end close process. Assist with project closeout activities, including final financial reconciliation. Support the financial setup and onboarding of new projects.
Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting, project accounting, or project finance experience; construction industry experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of construction accounting, job costing, forecasting, billing, and project financial management.
Experience with CMiC and Procore highly preferred.
Experience with SAGE 300 is a plus. Knowledge of OCIP administration and analysis preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams, personalities, and management styles. Collaborative, team-oriented approach with demonstrated initiative and leadership qualities.
