Accounting Administrator

KLR Executive Search Group is proud to partner with Willow Tree Poultry Farm to recruit an Accounting Administrator. Willow Tree is a growing, family-owned food manufacturing company with a history dating back to 1958. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Administrator will own the accounts payable function while providing support across the business office.

• Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice entry, three-way matching, approvals, payments, vendor maintenance, and statement reconciliation
• Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records
• Assist with purchasing documentation and coordination
• Support logistics activities, including shipment documentation and transactional follow-up
• Prepare schedules and accrual support, and assist with month-end close and audit work
• Help document and improve accounting procedures and workflows

• Experience in accounts payable, accounting administration, bookkeeping, or a similar business-office role
• Strong AP experience, including vendor management and payment preparation
• Exposure to accounts receivable, order entry, purchasing, logistics, and month-end close support
• Manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, food manufacturing, or other inventory-based industry experience is preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365;
  Quick Books Desktop Enterprise experience is helpful
• Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a lean, hands-on environment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The anticipated salary range is $70,000–$75,000
, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
