Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care and treatment to patients of all ages
• Perform routine dental examinations, cleanings, and preventive care
• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions including cavities, gum disease, and more
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and HIPAA standards

Requirements:

• Valid dental license or relevant dental certification in the state of Massachusetts
• Prior experience in a dental office or clinical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and best practices
• Excellent chairside manner and patient communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with dental software and digital charting systems
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
