Job Description- Experience working with children.
- Enjoys working with children.
- Maintain the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom to which you are assigned.
- Follow the lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
- Provide a brief report, in writing of the day's activities, at the conclusion of each day for the teacher.
- Provide feedback regarding student behavior.
- Able to communicate to administration and others to gain assistance or guidance when needed.
- Flexibility.
- Must be able to establish a good rapport with students.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be organized, take direction.
- Punctuality is critical and mandatory for this position.
- Must be reliable.
- Clear communicator. Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
- Educational experience or degree.
- Knowledge of subject matter.
