As an HHA, you will provide personalized care to patients as directed. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with the nursing team, patients, and families to provide total care. At MAS Home Care we work as a team with patients and their families to provide the highest quality of care, ensuring safety while promoting independence.

• Provide daily living support including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with promoting client independence
• Demonstrate competency in carrying out patient care, treatments and care plan execution
• Attend flexible part‑time shifts available
• Collaborate with nursing team and families

• Active HHA certification in state of Massachusetts
• Weekend availability
• Desire to help others
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record and qualified for background check
• Per state regulations, COVID booster and flu vaccinations are mandatory
