Patient Services Representative

Aya Healthcare -  - Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient placements to maximize bed utilization and minimize patient wait times across departments;
Manage phone calls related to patient placement and flow and utilize hospital computer systems to support throughput;
Run daily reports to support operational planning and reconcile multiple systems to confirm accurate placement data;
Support the Patient Care Services Scheduling Coordinator as needed and function in this role on off shifts, holidays, and weekends;
Collaborate with patients, families, and staff from all admission sources to facilitate capacity management
