Northeast Family Services is seeking an ABA Clinical Trainee to join our growing Rhode Island team!

Excellent opportunity for recent grads who have a year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

• Facilitate quality behavioral health services by serving as a liaison between clients and the service providers involved in their treatment
• Responsible for supervising, training, and managing direct service staff, as well as maintaining related treatment services and program documentation
• Excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a master’s degree in ABA who want to build their internship experience into a full-time career as a BCBA
• Valuable clinical experience that contributes toward the supervised hours required for licensure

• Northeast Family Services is an ACE provider, offering at least two CEU events per month that can be counted as supervised fieldwork hours
• Once certified, staff who participate in all offered CEU events meet the BACB’s CEU requirement for BCBA recertification at NO COST
• Full-time weekly billable minimum: 30 hours

• Enrolled in Master’s program, pursuing BCBA credential
• Accruing or looking to accrue fieldwork hours toward the BCBA credential
• ABA experience
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle (comfortability with travel in RI)
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals

  Starting at $43,000 for Full Time
• Retention Bonus: $1500 @ 6 months
