Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience required, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. New graduates not accepted.
• Experience using Raintree EMR preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: 55-63 patients per week (preferred).
• Completion of assigned Health Stream modules prior to start. Modules require three hours or less. Agency provides reimbursement according to internal process.
