Fallon Health’s Summit Elder Care seeks a Health Aide/CNA to provide personal care, light housekeeping, and ADL assistance in participant homes and at the PACE center in Attleboro, MA. You will work under the RN to implement the plan of care and document activities in the EMR, coordinating with the Interdisciplinary Team.
We offer full-time benefits, a supportive work environment, and a starting pay range of $21.50–$24.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement and high emphasis on safety and quality
