What youll bring:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for Massachusetts
• Previous experience (or strong interest) in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy
• Deep understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and best practices in special education
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility in dynamic environments

Your core responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess and address students functional and academic needs
• Develop and implement intervention plans to support fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Offer recommendations and strategies to staff and families for student success
