Activities Coordinator – Adult Day Health

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Required to apply:
Applicants must have a full, valid driver's license held for at least 12 months and 2 years of experience working with older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Wage: $20.00/hour

Join our Adult Day Health team and help create meaningful, engaging experiences for adults with developmental disabilities. As an Activities Coordinator, you'll develop person-centered recreational programs that promote independence, socialization, engagement, and overall well-being.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Full, valid driver's license held for at least 12 months
• Minimum of two years of experience working with older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
