This is a structured day program in Attleboro, MA serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll work in a community-based setting alongside a consistent team, supporting individuals in daily activities, skill development, and independence. The environment is purposeful and structured — the same faces, the same team, the same mission, Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, and feeding
- Encourage community participation and social interaction, helping individuals build relationships and develop social skills through inclusive activities
- Promote independence and life skills development, supporting educational or vocational goals and teaching skills such as budgeting, cooking, and using public transportation
- Maintain clear and timely documentation, accurately recording services provided, health updates, and individual progress toward goals
- Collaborate with program staff, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication during and at the end of each shift
