SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Attleboro, MA. We are looking for dependable caregivers who are committed to providing respectful, compassionate care and helping clients remain comfortable in their own homes.

What You'll Do
Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
Follow client care plans and established routines
Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
