Amego, Inc. is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in Attleboro, Massachusetts. This full-time role is temporary but may be extended based on performance and business needs. You will provide Tier 1 support for hardware and software issues, manage support requests, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in IT support, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 services. A background in Windows and macOS support is essential.
