Learn Radius Recycling’s commercial strategy, supplier segmentation, and purchasing models across ferrous and nonferrous commodities;
Trains on development and management of a book of business, including prospecting, supplier retention, account planning, and follow-through;
Supports the commercial team in identifying, pursuing, and developing new sources of recyclable materials;
Develops negotiation skills related to pricing, freight, deductions, downgrades, claims, and other commercial terms;
Gains exposure to yard, shredding, inspection, receiving, grading, logistics, and shipment processes to understand the full metals recycling value chain
