Paint Sandblaster

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter with experience in sandblasting, auto body or industrial painting, coating application, finishing to apply paint/coatings to our products. The ideal candidate will ensure a high-quality finish and meet production standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking, and sandblasting
  .
• Applying paint/coatings using various methods (e.g., spray guns, brushes, rollers).
• Mixing paints/coatings to the correct consistency.
• Inspecting finished products for quality and touch-up as needed.
• Maintaining painting equipment and a clean work area.
• Following all safety procedures.

Skills/

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Painter in [Specify: auto body or a synonym for painting in manufacturing, e.g., industrial painting, coating application, finishing] is required.
• Ability to prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and sandblasting
  .
• Proficiency in using painting equipment (e.g., spray guns, brushes, rollers).
• Knowledge of paint mixing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain high attendance standards.

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
