CNC Machine Operator

Worcester Manufacturing -  - Responsibilities:
Operate and Program Equipment:
Run assigned CNC and manually operated milling equipment by interpreting blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications (including Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances - GD&T).;
Ensure Quality:
Perform first-run inspections and ongoing measurements to verify that parts meet specifications. You'll also troubleshoot processes, adjust controls, and replace tools as needed to maintain high-quality standards.;
Perform Preventative Maintenance:
Keep machines running smoothly through regular preventative maintenance and changeovers.;
Maintain Safety:
Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, actively contributing to a safe work environment by reporting any incidents or near misses.;
Collaborate and Communicate:
Maintain clear communication with your team and the next shift by accurately documenting and sharing information about actions taken, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
