Business Transformation Specialist

The Business Transformation Specialist will assist leadership in establishing its strategic direction and objectives and creates long-term strategic and business development plans.

# General Responsibilities

+ Design and create comprehensive transformation strategies, that shape the vision for future growth and competitive advantage

+ Conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop actionable plans to achieve goals

+ Oversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes. This includes managing projects from start to finish and ensuring they are executed successfully

+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to foster alignment, transparency, and momentum

+ Manage budgets and forecast financials with a focus on value creation, cost optimization, and ROI

+ Conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed

# Experience / Qualifications

+ A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience

+ Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

+ Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation

+ Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results

+ Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

+ Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

+ Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
