V-Tron Electronics Corporation is looking for a Proto Test Technician to join our team in our Attleboro location. The Proto Test Technician is a key member of the engineering department.
The ideal candidate will be curious, have a strong attention to detail and passion for customer success.
Pay Range$21.85 per hour and up, depending on experience
Responsibilities- Working from customer drawings, schematics to develop in-house harness boards, and/or test fixtures, including researching the appropriate mating connectors necessary.
- Design and document the step by step test instructions required. Verify all necessary tooling and test fixtures and boards are available to ensure all test specifications are being performed to the highest quality.
- Assemble 1st piece sample.
- Design and document the step by step assembly instructions necessary to simplify the process and manufacturability for production.
- Keep clean and safe work area, follow all safety rules.
- Associates degree in electronics preferred or electronics Technical/Trade School diploma, or three-five years similar experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
