Assemble products by following diagrams, blueprints, and written and verbal instructions to meet production schedule requirements and quality standards;
Inspect parts and finished assemblies to verify they meet specified quality requirements, including working with components under 5 mm (0.197 in) in size;
Operate production equipment and tools from setup through operation, working independently once instructions are provided;
Perform testing and inspection activities, including using microscopes for extended periods to ensure product quality and accuracy;
Provide input on continuous improvement activities aimed at reducing material scrap and improving yields
