Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator - 1 Shift to join their dynamic team. As a Production Operator - 1 Shift, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Pay Range: $20

What's the Job?

• Perform product assembly, inspection, and testing to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate manufacturing equipment and tools efficiently and safely
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Computer familiarity and ability to self-start and follow directions
