Vishay Barry is located in Attleboro, MA and is an on‑site manufacturing facility with 70 employees across two shifts. Second‑shift hours are 3:45 PM to 12:15 AM.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Set up and operate dicing machines to singulate resistors to size.
  • Load, unload, align, clean, and maintain dicing machines.
  • Inspect parts and remove rejects.
  • Empty chemical waste containers into 55‑gallon drums.
  • Mount, demount, boil, and tin products.
  • Complete work accurately by following written instructions and adhering to required safety rules.
  • Work under limited supervision.
  • Pay rate is $20–$23 hourly; a 10% differential is added for second‑shift operators.
What You Will Bring Along
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Ability to work under a microscope and identify defects.
  • Strong hand‑eye coordination required.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of machine operation and microscope experience, and understanding of measurement tools.
  • Continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Detail oriented, self‑motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
  • Ability to learn new products quickly, achieve goals, work independently, and be highly motivated.
  • Technical understanding a plus.
