A leading community-focused nonprofit is seeking a Track and Field Coach to lead the Jaguars Youth Track and Field program. The ideal candidate will plan practices, organize meets, and ensure a safe environment for participants. Responsibilities include engaging positively with youth, adhering to YMCA policies, and attending staff meetings. Candidates should have experience working with youth and in track and field events.

CPR/First-Aid certification is a plus. Join us to help strengthen our community through youth development.
