Mar 30, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Float Pool Med/Surg Tele position requiring cardiac experience and a MA RN license, working nights on a 13-week contract. Details Float pool position based out of the McCann unit, covering Med/Surg Tele and Tele units including medical, surgical, and observation units Patient population includes medical, surgical, and observation cases with telemetry monitoring needs Travelers may work across 2 different units within a single 12-hour shift depending on census and need Staff placement is determined based on unit needs during bed meetings The Avasure video monitoring system is used to observe up to 12 patients at a time;

nurses may be assigned to relieve the Avasure office monitor during breaks and meals Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30 Every other weekend coverage required EMR:
Cerner Requirements Active MA RN license required Current certifications: BLS and ACLS Minimum 2–3 years of RN experience required Cardiac nursing experience required
